Opening film
This is Havel, can you hear me?
Petr Jančárek / Czech Republic / 2023 / 87 min.

Previously unpublished footage from the last three years of Václav Havel's life in a personal portrait of the aging ex-president, who always put public interests above his own.

Instead of the dreamed state pension, reading and going to the theaters, Václav Havel remains an active retired politician who travels to all continents to spread the values of democracy. The documentary is a multi-layered story about the passing of a great man who does not lose his perspective or his sense of humor. At the end of his life, Havel reflects on his own legacy, but also on the general values of humanity and democracy in the twenty-first century. As he finally admits himself, the ex-presidential position is one of the most demanding professions he has performed in his life.

After party
The after party after the festival starts is taken care of by the guys from the Tony Rocky Horror Vinyl Show with their carefully selected music genres, presented only from vinyl records. The two DJs - Tony Magor Vrtačka and Jirka Horror - create a party atmosphere accompanied by danceable soul, wild rock'n'roll, garage punk or 80's party songs. On a trip to musical landscapes accompanied by them, you can also come across rhythm and blues or new wave. Look forward to a night of dancing - everything sounds best on vinyl anyway.

We look forward to sharing experiences together that will change our view of the world around us.
