The box office opens one hour before the first screening of the day.Getting there
Tram: Národní třída stop – barrier-free in both directions, lines: 9, 18, 22, 93, 97, 98, 99.Metro: Národní třída "B" (yellow line), lift from Lazarská Street.
By car: designated parking space for people with disabled placards to the right of the cinema (about 25 m).
Amenities
Wheelchair users, please use our reservation system, as hall capacity is limited and assistance at the main entrance is required.There is a step of about 9 cm in front of the main entrance from the street. The entrance to the cinema is down 21 steps.
Barrier-free access is available through the lift, which is on the left of the front desk at the ground floor. It is necessary to ask a receptionist or a festival volunteer for the key.
Cinema is not accessible for people on electric wheelchair (due to the size of the elevator).
Facilities
No space reserved for wheelchair users.A wheelchair user can use the space just right at the entrance to the hall, or space before the first row.
We recommend taking your seat only after the hall is full so that entry is not blocked for other spectators.
The cinema hall is barrier-free from the lift but you need to climb 4 stairs to get to the box office and the cloakroom.
Guide dogs permitted.
No barrier-free toilet, wheelchair users might have problems to get to the toilet.
Halls are equipped with subtitling facilities.
